2015 Split Rail Zinfandel

2015 Split Rail Zinfandel

Extraordinary aromas of red currant, boysenberry, and cumin explode on the nose and continue onto the palate to be joined by flavors of huckleberry, dried cranberry, and ground white pepper. The plush mouthfeel ends with flavors of raspberry, cocoa, and bay leaf.

Perfect Pairing: Rounded tannins and supple fruit notes make this an ideal pairing for homemade mushroom pot pie or a traditional beef stew.

If there was a rating higher than 5 this would be the wine. Absolutely our favorite. Extremely smooth and delightful.
